EXOTICA is in JUMEIRAH BEACH ROAD No 734. 

Lot of Chinese "Antiques" can be found there: cabinet, frames, paintings, decoration, etc. Really nice pieces.

But the prices are quite high, especially when you know the price of these things in China...

Very good experience: you go first to the Jetty Lounge in Royal Mirage Hotel, for a drink on the beach. And then a boat take you to the 101 restaurant, on the Palm (One&Only Hotel).

An impressive project

The form of the building is based on that of sand dunes and the structure appears to 'rise from the surface'.

All of the facilities are housed within the single structure which will be linked to the mainland by road and monorail. 

A completion date for the project which was started in 2006 has yet to be announced...
